Alternating between her keyboard and keytar, Lights delighted a sold-out house at the Pageant opening for Owl City. Though her stage treatment started off dim, true to her name, Lights's performance delivered on the stage effects with some beautifully hazed backlighting.

Overall, Lights' performance started off very dark, and I had to wonder if I was in primes territory. However, the darkness lifted after the second song to reveal some really gorgeous backlighting – perfect for f/2.8 lenses. I used the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 for this set.
For me, the biggest thing about this show was capturing Lights's expressions, particularly when she was engaging the audience when not on her vocal duties.
