Thanks for the feedback. I know the lighting doesn't look too bad, but these images lie: it was &lt;em&gt;dark&lt;/em&gt;!

From what I've seen, the D300 is a great cam right up to ISO 3200, which should be great for almost all reasonable concerts. Even 6400 looks totally usable when the light drops, just like ISO 12800 on the D3.
